SEALER CARE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

No Foot Traffic

Please do not walk on any sealed surfaces for a minimum of 24 hours after application. Premature foot traffic may damage the finish, affect curing, or leave marks in the sealer.

Slip & Fall Notice

Sealed surfaces may become slippery, especially when wet. By choosing our sealing services, the customer acknowledges that surface traction may change after sealing. We are not responsible for any slipping, falling, or injuries that may occur on sealed surfaces.

Sprinkler & Water Restrictions

Sprinkler systems must remain off for at least 48 hours after sealing. Longer dry times are strongly recommended whenever possible to allow proper curing and maximize sealer performance and longevity.

Customer Responsibility for Restricted Areas

Customers are responsible for keeping all people, pets, vehicles, and traffic off sealed areas during the curing process. Any caution tape or blocked-off areas must remain in place until the recommended cure time has passed.

After Care & Maintenance

To extend the life and appearance of your sealed surfaces, regular maintenance is recommended:

  • Keep surfaces free from dirt, debris, leaves, and standing organic material.
  • Remove moss, algae, mildew, and other organic growth promptly.
  • Avoid allowing excessive moisture or buildup on sealed areas.
  • Periodic cleaning will help preserve the finish and protect the surface.
  • Proper maintenance will improve the longevity and appearance of the sealer over time.

Failure to properly maintain sealed surfaces may reduce the lifespan and effectiveness of the sealer.
